Robert Rimel

Robert Rimel, President

Robert Rimel, Jr. is President of All State Mechanical. He has been with All State Mechanical since 1998 and still acts as a project manager on many of their projects. In addition to project management, Robert is responsible for the administration and service departments. Before joining All State, he spent three years implementing computer systems for general contractors in Missouri, Texas, and Minnesota.

In 1999, Robert attended the Institute for Project Management, a two-week project management school, at the University of Texas. In 2003, he was selected to work as an instructor, teaching Job Cost Control, at the Institute four times each year. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the kansas city chapter of the Mechanical Contractors Association.  Robert is a Trustee on both the plumbers health and welfare fund and the plumbers pension fund.

Robert earned his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Chris Rimel, Executive Vice President

Chris Rimel has been an All State Mechanical employee since 1993.  As a trained union plumber, Chris worked in the field as an apprentice, then as a foreman. In 2000, he joined the management team as an estimator. 

Chris' specialty focus as an estimator has been on design/build projects but has proven himself as All State Mechanical's most accomplished estimator.

Chris is a trustee for the Plumbers Joint Apprenticeship Training Fund, guiding the training of all local apprentices.

 

 



Jim Hays, Estimator

In 2008, Jim joined All State Mechanical as an estimator. Jim has been in the mechanical field since 1980. With extensive estimating background in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC duct work, and site utilities.  Jim’s experience in all aspects of the mechanical trades, gives All State Mechanical the ability to view jobs as a sum of the whole - even though we are typically only bidding the plumbing scope of work.

 

John Ogden, Field Superintendent

John is All State Mechanical’s most seasoned veteran has been with us since 1979. Using his extensive field knowledge and impressive supervising skills, John quickly gained the title "Superintendent".  He is one of the most respected in the field.  Because of his vast experience and “take no prisoners” attitude, All State Mechanical’s projects are executed efficiently and are brought in on time and on budget.  John is a big advocate of prefabrication and helps us find innovative ways to improve productivity using our prefabrication shop.

 

 

  



Wes Pryor, Service Supervisor

Wes has 35 years of experience in plumbing service and new construction.  He has been with All State Mechanical for over 21 years.

In addition to supervising our service department, he is skilled in service and repair of water softeners, water heaters, commercial and industrial pumps, and boilers.

With his skills and experience, he is often able to diagnose and repair a problem rather than just replacing a piece of equipment - saving the customer money.

His many years of hands on experience make him a better supervisor and a better resource for our customers.
